Treat other people with respect and be polite and respectful. Don’t be offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit or obscene. Don’t abuse or harm others or yourself (or threaten or encourage it) — for example, by defaming, bullying, or harassing. Respect the rights of others (including their privacy, intellectual property rights and rights to confidential or proprietary materials), such as by avoiding improperly using, sharing or transmitting information that infringes on another’s copyright or trademark or violates a third party’s confidentiality or proprietary rights.
- Don’t behave maliciously or violate any laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws. Don’t spam another User. Don’t interfere with the operation of our Services. What You Can Expect From Us. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to advertisers, and we don’t share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address or other contact information) with advertisers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data.
Feedback. If you decide to provide us with feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, then we will solely own all rights in such feedback and suggestions.
Your Organization. “Your Organization” is the company/organization (e.g., your employer) or other third party group that has invited you to a unique domain we have set up where we help people use of the Generative AI guide, development platform and related services provided online and through mobile apps. Your Organization has either entered into a written agreement with us or has agreed to our online Platform Service Agreement (“Your Organization’s Agreement”) so that you and others (each a “User”) can access the Services. Your Organization’s Agreement contains our agreement to provide the Services.
What Your Organization’s Agreement Means
Your Organization controls this unique domain that you have been invited to join, and you agree that as between you and Your Organization, Your Organization owns any content or information you provide through the Service (“Your Organization’s Data”). This means that Your Organization is in charge of Your Organization’s Data, including any personal data you might add. Your Organization controls who has access to Your Organization’s Data, the ability to add or delete Users, and the management of permissions, data retention and data export/data transfers. Your Organization’s control of Your Organization’s Data may result in the disclosure, use, modification or deletion of some or all Your Organization’s Data, including your personal data.
IMPORTANT: You agree that it is solely Your Organization’s obligation (and not our obligation) to (i) take any necessary steps necessary for the lawful processing of Your Organization’s Data (e.g., obtaining any rights or consents from you and any other user), (ii) make all necessary disclosures relating to the processing of Your Organization Data through the Services, and (iii) resolve any dispute you may have arising out of or relating to Your Organization’s Data, the Services or any other user.
Disclaimer. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” AND “ AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Wisq disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In Case Of Problems. We can suspend or disable your account, or remove or restrict access to content or disclose Your Organization’s Data to third parties or Your Organization, if:
- you breach the AUP or any of our other policies,
- we are required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or a court order, or
- your conduct in Wisq’s reasonable judgment causes the potential for harm or liability to another user, third party, or us.
Terminating your account. Please contact the Your Organization if you for any reason wish to terminate your account, including due to a disagreement with any updates to this AUP.
Modifications of the AUP. We may change this AUP. If we make a material change to the AUP, then we will provide you with reasonable notice prior to the change taking effect either by emailing the email address associated with your account or by messaging you through the Services. Any material changes to this AUP will become effective on the date we state in our notice, and all other changes will become effective on the date we publish the change. If you use the Services after the effective date of any changes, that use will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Venue. This AUP and any disputes arising out of or related to it will be governed exclusively by the same applicable governing law of the Customer Agreement, without regard to conflicts of laws rules or the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Any courts located in the applicable venue of the Customer Agreement applicable to either Wisq or the Customer will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to this AUP. Each party consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Assignment. You may not assign any of your rights or your obligations under This AUP without our prior written consent, which not to be unreasonably withheld.
