Chih-Po is Co-founder and CTO of Wisq, where he is building a high-performance engineering organization to apply Gen AI in the workplace. Under his leadership, Harper by Wisq was named a 2025 Top HR Product of the Year by HR Executive. Previously, he was CTO of Glint, where he built the engineering organization from the ground up and helped scale the company through its acquisition by LinkedIn. He has also held leadership roles at Turn, Healthiest You, and BDNA, building large-scale distributed systems and data platforms.
