Angela Shoemaker, Director of Agent Operations

Angela is Director of Agent Operations at Wisq, where she leads Customer Success and Engineering Operations. Previously, she held engineering operations and site reliability leadership roles at LinkedIn and Glint, where she helped scale teams through Glint’s acquisition by LinkedIn. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at IBM in engineering and operations leadership roles.
